* Hobby-grade electric vehicles only
* No nitro vehicles
* Foam tires only
* Clean chassis plates only
* Racers must obtain a frequency clip
* Pit station must be left clean
* Stay off carpet unless you are corner marshaling
* All racers should corner marshal
* Respect other racers and their equipment
* Foul language and/or actions will not be tolerated
* No Smoking
* No Alcohol

No Person attending a Maximus event will have any claim for damages, expenses, lawsuits, or otherwise against a promoter, track operator, owner or Maximus Hobby Shop LLC, it’s officials, agents, or employees, resulting from any damage to any car, personal injury, on monetary loss of any kind whatsoever. All attendants waive any claim they may have against a promoter, track operator, owner or Maximus Hobby Shop, LLC, when they participate in any race or event being help at Maximus Hobby Shop, LLC located at 647, US Route 1, York, Maine.
