No Person attending an event will have any claim for damages, expenses, lawsuits, or otherwise against track operator, owners or Maximus R/C Raceway LLC, it’s officials, agents, or employees, resulting from any damage to any car, personal injury, or monetary loss of any kind whatsoever. All attendants waive any claim they may have against a track operator, owners or Maximus R/C Raceway LLC, it’s officials, agents, or employees, when they participate in any race or event being held at Maximus R/C Raceway, LLC located at 647, US Route 1, York, Maine.
